At Project Sonrisa, we use social media to share our work, challenge mental health stigma, and connect with our community. We’re committed to creating safe, respectful online spaces for everyone.
We encourage open, supportive conversations. To protect our community, we may remove comments or posts that include:
Graphic depictions of mental health struggles
Stigmatising or discriminatory language
Harassment, bullying, or offensive content
Breaches of personal privacy
We screenshot and securely store any concerning content for up to three years in line with our safeguarding and complaints procedures.
If you're worried about something you’ve seen on our channels or want to raise a concern, please contact us at info@projectsonrisa.com.
Our team is made up of volunteers who may message outside of typical working hours. We don’t expect instant replies — and we hope you’ll do the same.
Thank you for helping us keep our online spaces supportive, safe, and stigma-free.
